Ahhh…. what says autumn better than pumpkin pie? The rich, spicy aroma of cinnamon and nutmeg. The sticky sweetness in the air. It’s exactly what I needed on a cold, rainy day like today.

We brought some gorgeous pie pumpkins in from the garden last week. And while they make lovely table decorations, I’d been staring those bad boys down, waiting for nice cool day to bake some pies.

This is the best pumpkin pie recipe I’ve ever found. …
